Full Cream Milk Powder (INSTANT / REGULAR)

Full cream milk powder is made of fresh milk that has been pasteurised, adjusted to a standardised fat content, concentrated and dried. Full cream milk powder is available with 24% Protein and 28% fat (cow).

One of the uses of full cream milk powder is for the food industry, as an ingredient for milk substitutes. In addition, it is also often used in food industries. In the food processing industry this particular milk powder is used for products such as baked products, chocolate, milk beverages, ice cream and desserts.

CHARACTERISTIC

White to yellowish colour, free flowing powder, typical milky taste and smell without foreign odour.

APPLICATIONS

Confectionery, milk chocolate, bakery, beverage whiteners, ice cream, chocolate drinks, yoghurts, frozen foods.

BENEFITS

Good nutritional value, soluble ingredient, rich in natural milk fat, emulsifying capacity, smooth mouthfeel, natural milky taste and odour, great milk solid.

STORAGE

Product must be stored in a cool, dry place, at temperature below 25°C and relative humidity below 65%, product has a 2 years shelf life in the original packaging.
